Potion Problems is a 2D online multiplayer social deduction party game, for players who love imaginative, whimsical worlds and engaging in fun, chaotic gameplay. With its unique combination of potion crafting, dynamic effects, and wizardry, the game offers a fresh and emergent multiplayer party experience.

My Role:

I joined the project in September 2024 as a Usability Researcher, focusing on improving the player experience through iterative testing and feedback. My responsibilities include:

  • Designing and conducting playtests and player interviews to assess user experience and game mechanics
  • Creating and maintaining detailed usability reports to track improvements and identify recurring pain points
  • Collaborating with the design, engineering, and QA teams to implement user feedback
